Hunters Chicken - a roasted chicken breast topped with melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese with crispy bacon, smothered in a BBQ sauce. Served with chips, half a grilled tomato, beer-battered onion rings and topped with rocket (dish can be made gluten free)
Steak & Ale Pie - shortcrust pastry base filled with tender chunks of been in a rich ale gravy topped with puff pastry sprinkled with cracked black pepper. Served with chips, garden peas and gravy.
Wholetails of Breaded Scampi - 12 succulent wholetails of Whitby scampi served with chips, tartare sauce and garden peas.
Chicken Tikka Masala - tender chicken pieces in a mildly spiced tomato and onion sauce, flavoured with coriander. Served with pilau rice, naan bread, a poppadom and mango chutney.
Cowboy Burger - 2 prime beef burgers topped with crispy bacon, American-style cheese and shredded iceburg lettuce. Served with fries and a dip pot of burger sauce.
The Ultimate Veggie Burger - a deep-fried sweetcorn and Croxton Manor cheddar burger, topped with salsa and BBQ cauliflower wings and smothered in a nacho cheese sauce. Caution, hot cheese may ooze! Served with fries and a dip pot of salsa.
8oz Gammon Steak - topped with a fried free-range egg and juicy pineapple slice. Served with half a grilled tomato, garden peas and chips (gluten and onion free)
Vegan Vegetable Chilli - vegetable and meat-free mince chilli served with pilau rice and tortilla chips. Topped with salsa, guacamole, sour cream style sauce and jalapenos. Sprinkled with chopped chives (gluten free)
The evening won't be suitable for children. Older teeens may enjoy it, but be warned that the usual rule of 'no mobile phones at a quiz night' will apply!
